Do you know the REAL reason your spiritual business is not moving forward?
A big piece of how I work with my clients involves helping them get rid of their inner conflicts. When we are able to work through these conflicts – then they can create the business they envision.
I love this part of my business – because it is easy to get stuck in our conflicts without even noticing. It happens to all of us – each and every time we want to step up our success game.
For example, I offer free Tame Your Inner Conflicts sessions to any spiritual business owner that feels like procrastination, overwhelm or lack of clarity prevents them from moving forward. And the other day I had a session with a woman that was feeling too busy in her life to put attention into her business. She had a goal of quitting her J O B and running her business full-time – but was overwhelmed with the issue of time. She totally felt that between working full-time, being a mom and running a household – that she didn’t have any time or energy to devote to her real passion – her healing business.
She gave me examples of what she does with her clients and I must say that this women is brilliant at what she does for them. She easily finds places where people are stopping themselves from moving forward and helps them clear the blocks. However, she couldn’t see where she was keeping herself stuck.
She thought it had to do with lack of time ….
However, when we really got down to the nitty gritty of it all – we uncovered that time was a smoke screen. That the real issue had to do with her being scared of putting herself out there in a big way.
She was scared of rejection.
What if people rejected her and her healing abilities?
What if she wasn’t good enough or people didn’t experience results?
These inner conflicts – kept her completely stuck!
However, the only thing she was trying to fix was the perceived lack of time. If she didn’t uncover the REAL, underlying reason – well she would have spent and wasted time on something that wouldn’t help her move forward.
Here’s the thing, no matter how spiritual we are, how fantastic of a healer or coach we are or how determined we are to create a successful business – sometimes, often times, we can’t see our own blocks. We can’t see the real reason why we are stuck and NOT creating what we desire.
The number one action step is to get real with yourself. Take some time to connect with your inner wisdom and ask, “What is holding me back? What am I REALLY afraid of?”
When you are able to take an honest look at what is really going on – then you can start to shift things.
Look as a spiritual person – you have the tools. You know how to clear blocks and shift things. However, the first step is knowing what to shift. Don’t look at the superficial smoke screens – focus on the underlying issue, the ones that are keeping you from creating the life you desire.
