Emotions Are the First Responders

Do you ever feel any of these emotions? Everyone has low periods, but if you have trouble shaking it, can’t really tell where it’s coming from, or if one of these emotions is negatively impacting your life, then it might need a different solution. Every thought colored with one of these emotions is creating cells of disease in your body.chakra screen shot JJ

Base-Depressed/Unmotivated
Sacral-Overwhelmed/Resentful
Solar Plexus-Nervous/Addicted
Heart-Unloved/Self Doubt
Throat-Worried/Humorless
Third Eye-Panicked/Jumpy
Crown-Disconnected/Apathy

Each of these emotions indicates an imbalance in a specific Chakra. Some basic balancing techniques used in my system are:

  • Deep Breathing-Tools to calm you in the stressful moment
  • Visualization-Change a negative thought immediately
  • Color Balance-Plan a specific intention with color
  • Crystals and Gemstones
  • Affirmations-Reprogram a self-limiting belief
  • Meditation-Send energy to a specific outcome
  • Hypnosis-remove conditioning, patterns, and habits
  • Akashic  Records-seek guidance on struggles

Being too accessible by cell phone, having no patience with yourself and scheduling your days too tight can eventually wear down the natural Chakra function of Energetic Balance.

Stress is said to be subconscious when you are in denial and are consciously giving yourself the pep talk. Everything is fine!

Or, it can come from past disappointments and sorrows that you are burying in a deep memory.  Don’t go there!

If through subconscious stress, you become unable to create balance naturally, you will feel blocked, stuck, or overwhelmed and it becomes complicated as more imprints occur.  Moody!

When one becomes blocked or overstimulated, this is the progression of how stress enters your chakra centers. Effective Preventative care is responding to your body at the first sign.

  • First, thought processes get confused, and a lack of discernment, bad decisions, and irrational behavior is common. Oops, don’t make decisions now!
  • Then, emotions get out of control, creating drama all around you. Big events seem meaningless, and little things set you off.  This is a great time to make some changes!
  • Finally, physical symptoms occur, and the part of the body affected tells you the source of the problem. Your physical symptom is a gentle reminder to slow down and love yourself first. Listen to it.

Feelings become thoughts, and then thoughts become words.

It is so important to think positive thoughts. As you think the thoughts, they are being created right into your reality as your physical body. Figures of speech are uncanny in the creation process. Be very careful with these choices, because your spoken words are creating your reality with Magical Precision.  Examples below:

  • That just burns me up.
  • I just shot myself in the foot.
  • That almost gave me a heart attack!
  • My brain is fried!
  • My stomach is just killing me!
  • My heart is broken…

This is the benefits of Affirmations, as the spoken word can just as easily lift you up and create very beneficial outcomes.

  • My metabolism is alive and functioning efficiently. 
  • I absorb and integrate water in every cell, fully hydrated. 
  • I am attracted to food that nourishes me perfectly.
  • Symptoms of dis-ease clear quickly, gentle reminders to self-love.
  • I love my body’s innate ability to maintain my ideal weight.
  • Positive Emotions feed the flame of my desires, and I sparkle with love!
  • I am grateful for the gift of negative emotions, to shine a light on what no longer serves.
  • Approval and appreciation come to me everywhere I go.
