Clarity on Your Next Business Step

I am pretty sure I am not alone when we business folk may struggle with making a decision regarding the next step in our business.  Maybe we are thinking of investing in a new training or changing our brand or business focus?

Changes and shifts occur as we grow and what I’ve identified as the most personally challenging are Trust in a Leap and or at times Trust in a Pause.

Often our minds are racing and frenetic and we are bouncing back and forth not knowing what to do.  Even when we engage our intuition we can drive ourselves crazy failing to trust and second-guessing and relying on others opinions.

These are some helpful questions to ponder:

Am I being totally honest with myself and taking a deep look at what feels right for me at this time? The essential step that helps me is to go back to basics: What do I really want?

Am I pressuring myself to keep up with others and their needs?

Am I squeezing too much into a small space of time thinking I may miss something?

Do I trust that if I make a mistake I will be OK and in fact, I may learn something more valuable in the process?

Our decision falls on 3 levels: Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Understanding the body’s nervous system and how we are wired is an important piece of information.  Often we don’t see how our shaky inner core may be holding us back from using our power to make a clear and honest choice in our business or in any part of our life.

Before we make any decisions checking in with your body and using a tool such as EFT to tap and honor your shadow side is very powerful.  The side we reject and hide from.

I recently restarted journaling again every morning and I am blown away by how helpful it’s been. Sometimes picking up a tool that we haven’t used in a long time is surprisingly new and refreshing and provides a beacon of light and inspiration.

When it comes down to it we are the only ones that can make our decisions and we also are responsible for what we create in our business.  But can we be nice to ourselves in the process?
