Today I would love to share a message from Archangel Raphael.
Archangel Raphael is the Archangel of healing. His name means God heals or God has healed. He helps heal all parts of our human, the physical body as well as the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
He will help us eliminate or reduce cravings. He helps with finding lost pets and will also help with physical and spiritual eyesight. He also offers support for healers.
His color vibration is green and his gems are jade and aventurine.
To call him in just say out loud or in your head: I ask Archangel Raphael and his emerald green healing energy to surround all aspects of my bodies. I ask you to infuse me with your healing vibration so that I can heal and be healthy. Thank you and so it is.
Archangel Raphael would like us to know that we forgive because we deserve peace. Forgiving doesn’t mean we condone bad behavior that hurts us. He wants us to release anger held in our minds and bodies. It is unhealthy to keep it bottled up. He says it is time to let it go. Forgiveness doesn’t mean that we are ok with what happened, it just means that I am no longer willing to suffer from anger. He will help restore you to a healthful state.
Ask for his guidance. Forgiveness work begins with us. We must let ourselves off the hook. Forgive our body for anything that it has been through. Instead turn to appreciation of its processes. It has carried you to today!! How magnificent it truly is! Forgive until you find peace. You may want to write a letter to yourself or to anyone that you are angry with. Then destroy it in a safe way to release the negative emotion. Writing and burning is an effective method of release. It is very healing.
Archangel Raphael says that you can say the following prayer for guidance and help:
DEAR God & Archangel Raphael, I come to you now to ask for forgiveness. Help me to forgive all others and myself so that I may achieve peace and health in all areas of my life. Mind. Body Spirit. Amen and so it is.
